Experience Details

We use very hot candy syrup. You have to shape it quickly while it is soft. Don’t worry, you will wear gloves to stay safe. A pro teacher will help you every step of the way.

First, get the hot candy from the pot. It looks like honey or amber. It is very hot, so be careful!

Next, pull and fold the candy many times. This puts air inside. The candy turns white and shiny like a pearl! You have to do this very fast before it gets cold.
