In accordance with the Travel Agency Act of Japan, the Company calculates its travel service handling fees by taking into account the content of the trip, its complexity, its urgency, and the actual costs required for arrangements. The final fee is set out in the written statement of transaction conditions provided before the travel contract is concluded. Please see the tables below for the basis on which fees are calculated.

A group arrangement refers to travel undertaken by multiple travelers who have appointed a representative and follow the same itinerary.
Where a change or cancellation is made at the customer’s request, the change handling fee or cancellation handling fee above applies in addition to any cancellation charges set by the transport or accommodation providers.
Consecutive nights at the same accommodation are treated as a single booking.
All fees above are inclusive of Japanese consumption tax.
