Yes. In addition to planning Japanese cultural experiences, we can discuss arrangements for venues, transport such as transfers, meals, interpreters and attendants, and coordination on the day. We consider the arrangements needed for your objectives, whether you are planning a corporate incentive trip, team-building programme or hospitality for international guests.
Agreeing on the scope of our support
We welcome enquiries ranging from a standalone cultural experience to a complete itinerary that includes transport and meals. Please let us know about any venues or travel arrangements already confirmed, as well as the tasks your team will handle. We will clarify the arrangements and responsibilities on the day, then outline the scope of our support and the costs involved.
Interpreters and attendants
We can arrange attendants who provide language support in English, Chinese and other languages for an additional fee. They assist with information about Motenas Japan’s services and communication during cultural experiences. Interpreting for matters unrelated to our services, such as business negotiations or meetings, is outside the scope of this service. Please describe the support you need when making your enquiry.
