We welcome enquiries about experiences outside Tokyo and at venues of your choice. Please tell us your preferred location, venue, date and activity. We will check the availability of instructors and performers, along with venue requirements, before confirming whether we can accommodate your request.
Experiences at hotels and event venues
If you would like to include an experience at your hotel or corporate event venue, please share the venue name and details of the space you intend to use. Depending on the activity, we may need to check noise restrictions, ceiling height, flooring and access for equipment delivery. If you have not yet selected a venue, we can help you identify the requirements.
Travel, accommodation and equipment transport costs vary depending on the location and programme. Any necessary costs will be outlined in your quotation.
