What should we know about safety, emergency procedures and insurance?
Safety considerations and preparations vary depending on the activity and location. We will ask in advance about participants’ ages, physical abilities and any needs requiring special consideration, then confirm participation requirements and operating conditions with local providers and venues before advising you.
On-the-day communication and decisions
Contact details, responsibilities and procedures for reporting illness or accidents are confirmed in advance according to the programme. Outdoor activities may need to be changed or cancelled because of weather or local conditions. Please also discuss the criteria for these decisions and whether alternative arrangements are available when making your enquiry.
Insurance availability and coverage
Before you book, we will explain whether insurance applies to your chosen experience, the scope of coverage, and whether participants need to arrange their own insurance. The same coverage does not apply to every experience or incident. If your company has specific coverage requirements or requires supporting documents, please let us know during the planning stage.
