Travel Agency Partnerships and Client Information

As a travel agency, how can we address concerns about direct sales to our clients and the handling of their information?

For enquiries from travel agencies and event companies, please discuss in advance how you would like us to work within your relationship with your client. We will ask about your preferred working arrangements, including the client’s point of contact, how guests should be assisted on the day, and who should receive quotations and invoices, then confirm what we can accommodate.

Direct contact and sales activities

If you require all client communication to go through your company, or wish to restrict direct sales approaches after the programme, please let us know before sharing any client information. We welcome discussions to agree on the scope of communication and the conditions for using client information, distinguishing operational contact needed on the day from contact for sales purposes.

Confidentiality and internal requirements

If your company has compliance requirements, such as a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), personal data handling rules, restrictions on publishing photographs or company names, or supplier screening procedures, please provide the relevant conditions and forms in advance. We will review the contractual requirements and documentation and let you know whether we can meet them.
