Experience Details

This program combined traditional cultural experiences with modern attractions to deliver a variety of activities that strengthen team bonding.

【Day 1: Building Team Unity Through Cultural Experiences】

The first day began with a taiko drumming experience in Toyosu.
Guests were captivated by the instructor’s powerful performance, with many naturally moving to the rhythm and fully engaging in the moment.

After learning the basic rhythms and practicing together, participants built strong connections through collaboration. By working in groups to complete a single piece, they achieved a powerful sense of unity and team building.

For lunch, guests joined a hands-on sushi-making experience, trying both rolls and traditional nigiri.
They began with sushi rolls, enjoying the process while realizing that even familiar styles can be surprisingly challenging.

The experience then moved on to classic nigiri, with vegetarian options available, ensuring everyone could participate and enjoy.

After creating 8 different types of sushi, the session delivered high satisfaction in both quality and volume.
Guests were especially impressed by the opportunity to make and enjoy sushi themselves, turning a familiar dining experience into something memorable.

After the sushi experience, the group headed by bus to Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree for sightseeing.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable free time, we provided a guide in advance outlining local street food tips and temple etiquette. This allowed guests to visualize the area beforehand and explore with confidence.

Following their time in Asakusa, the group continued to Tokyo Skytree, making the most of their individual free time.

In the evening, guests enjoyed a traditional yakatabune dinner cruise, featuring geisha performances and interactive ozashiki games.
The night reached its peak with the finale, where everyone joined in dancing to “Tokyo Ondo,” creating a shared moment of celebration and unity.

【Day 2: Exploring Tradition and Japanese Craftsmanship】

On Day 2, participants were divided into two groups for parallel programs: calligraphy and a factory visit.

Group A: Calligraphy Experience

In this highly popular activity, guests first learned the basics of brush handling and writing techniques.
They then practiced writing their names using custom kanji characters prepared in advance, creating a personalized piece to take home.
Although many found the brush challenging at first, they were delighted with their work, with comments such as wanting to share it with family or create pieces for loved ones.

Group B: Factory Visit

The second group visited a renowned glass factory, recognized internationally and awarded for its craftsmanship.
Here, guests experienced Japan’s high level of quality control and precision, gaining insight into the differences in manufacturing standards compared to their own countries.

Afterward, both groups reunited for lunch at the long-established restaurant Chin’ya.
They enjoyed traditional sukiyaki, with many expressing admiration for its rich and authentic flavors.

Seamless Execution Through Smooth Operations

For the final gathering at Gonpachi Nishiazabu, we ensured precise coordination by sharing real-time locations via a digital map, achieving perfectly timed arrivals from separate groups.

At Gonpachi, guests experienced the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese izakaya, enjoying an authentic dining setting.
As they reflected on the past two days, the evening concluded in a lively and memorable finale.

Memorable Moments from the Two-Day Program

One of the most memorable moments was the geisha experience on the yakatabune, which exceeded expectations and brought great excitement to the group.
Seeing guests fully engaged and enjoying the experience gave us a strong sense of confidence.

The interactive and accessible nature of geisha entertainment makes it an ideal cultural activity for international visitors, and we aim to continue enhancing this experience for future programs.
