Only bank transfers are available.
Payment Deadline
Individual customers: Payment is required within 7 days of the reservation confirmation. However, if the event date is within 7 days of the reservation confirmation, payment must be made within 24 hours of the reservation confirmation.
Corporate clients: Payment is required at least one day prior to the event date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation, please contact us immediately via phone or email.
The following cancellation fees apply
Up to 34 days before the reservation date
No cancellation fee for unconfirmed reservations.
A 50% cancellation fee of the reservation cost for confirmed reservations.
From 34 days before the reservation date to the day of the event
No cancellation fee for unconfirmed reservations.
A 100% cancellation fee of the reservation cost for confirmed reservations.
Note: Some instructors and venues have different cancellation policies. In such cases, we will inform you in advance, and billing will be based on the specific policies of the instructor or venue.
Refunds and Cancellations Due to Our Company’s Circumstances
In the event that our company is unable to conduct the planned activities in full due to our own circumstances, we will refund the entire amount paid by you.
If only a part of the planned activities is unable to be conducted due to our company’s circumstances, we will refund the portion of the paid amount that corresponds to the unfulfilled part of the activities.
Our company bears no responsibility beyond the aforementioned refunds in cases where we are unable to conduct activities due to our own circumstances.
Disclaimer
In the event that our company is liable for damages to a user in connection with the use of our service, our company shall only be liable for compensation for direct and ordinary damages that actually occur (excluding special damages including lost profits, and attorney fees).
Our company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, certainty, or usefulness of any information obtained by the user through this service.
If a user causes damage to a third party while using this service, the user shall resolve the matter at their own expense and responsibility, and our company shall not be liable in any way.
Reservations and rearrangements
In the event of a delay or cancellation of our service due to reasons not attributable to our company, such as disasters, traffic congestion (delays), or other faults that the user should be liable for, our company may consider these circumstances and arrange for rebooking or rearrangement with relevant agencies. However, the costs for rebooking or rearrangement and any cancellation fees for the originally planned accommodation or transportation shall be borne by the user.
Usage of Event Material
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the content of the activities conducted may be featured on Motenas Japan’s website, social media, and in case study materials. In such cases, we will comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and other relevant legislation.
